Drishti Baid

Drishti Baid is a final year undergraduate studying Economics. Having been forced to take up French in secondary school when her Hindi teacher suddenly quit, she discovered how fun language-learning could be (despite some initial misgivings!). Drishti hopes to pursue a career in research where she can combine her three passions for economics, statistics and writing to better understand the barriers to development in low-income countries.
